REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
The Apocalypse Girls merchandise store is operated by The Artist Studio Loft Inc.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most products sold through our store are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer preference issues.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled or changed before production begins. Because print-on-demand orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change will be possible once an order has been submitted.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order has not yet entered production or shipped, contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect or replace an order sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
