The Apocalypse Girls
International Music, Art & Creative Production Collective
The Apocalypse Girls is an international creative collective of 23 collaborators specializing in original music, songwriting, composition, audio production, sound engineering, visual art, filmmaking, and multimedia storytelling.
Led by Luna Blackthorn and Raven Blackthorn, the project brings together musicians, vocalists, composers, lyricists, DJs, producers, audio engineers, sound designers, filmmakers, visual artists, and fan engagement specialists from around the world.
Unlike a traditional band, The Apocalypse Girls operates through a collaborative production model that combines human creativity, professional music production, digital technology, and AI-assisted creative tools.
Our Music Production Process
The Apocalypse Girls creates original music using a hybrid, stem-based production workflow.
Individual songs may begin with original lyrics, melodies, instrumental performances, vocal recordings, electronic arrangements, AI-assisted musical elements, or combinations of independently developed compositions.
Each project typically involves approximately 8 to 16 audio stems or multitrack elements.
These individual components are arranged, reconstructed, edited, layered, processed, mixed, and mastered to create a complete musical composition.
The production process varies from song to song, allowing different collaborators, musical influences, and creative techniques to contribute to each finished recording.
Professional music production and mastering are central to the project’s creative workflow.
Professional Music Production & AI-Assisted Technology
The Apocalypse Girls incorporates traditional music production techniques alongside modern digital audio workstations, professional mastering software, and AI-assisted creative technologies.
Our production tools include Studio One Pro 7, Ozone 11, and Suno Pro.
Visual production and filmmaking workflows incorporate DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, InShot, and additional digital creative technologies.
The collective embraces technological innovation while maintaining human creative direction throughout its artistic projects.
Musical Genres & Original Compositions
The Apocalypse Girls produces original music spanning rock, grunge, electronic dance music, dance-pop, darkwave, cinematic music, New Age, seasonal music, and experimental genre combinations.
Rather than limiting its creative output to one musical genre, the collective develops each project around its individual artistic concept.
Different combinations of collaborators, instrumentation, vocals, electronic elements, and production techniques contribute to the project’s evolving musical catalog.
Visual Art, Filmmaking & Multimedia Production
Beyond music, The Apocalypse Girls develops visual artwork, music videos, animation, digital illustrations, photography, filmmaking, and multimedia storytelling.
Music and visual production frequently intersect, with individual compositions inspiring accompanying films, artwork, and narrative projects.
Live presentations incorporate DJ-led multimedia performances combining original music with projected films, music videos, artwork, and visual storytelling.
Our Creative Philosophy
The Apocalypse Girls is built around collaboration, artistic independence, and creative experimentation.
Our 23 collaborators bring together diverse professional skills and artistic perspectives developed through years of creative work.
We believe traditional artistic practices and emerging technologies can complement one another.
Our goal is to explore new creative possibilities without being restricted by conventional genre boundaries or a single production method.
The Apocalypse Girls is not a traditional band. It is an international, human-led creative collective combining original music, professional production, visual storytelling, and AI-assisted technology.
